IDU certificates are delivered by e-mail (web version of the certificate) within 48 hours from the date of certification.
   IDU certificate plastic card is delivered within 30 days but not more than 90 days from the date of certification. If you have not received your certificate after 90 days, please contact your instructor.
   In the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, certificates are delivered from an office in Russia, due to the international political situation. Delivery times are standard.
